SparkPeople
Jenny sent me the link for SparkPeople which I have up on the sidebar. I haven't looked at it a whole bunch but it's very similar to Weight Watchers except it's free. I think we all know how to lose weight, it's just a matter of doing it. But if you want to check out SparkPeople it looks like a pretty nice site.
