Not wimpy at all. You will be successful in the end if you take the pounds off slow and steady!! Your body has time to adjust and regulate when you go slow. I went cold turkey on everything "naughty" for the first 2 weeks, sort of a cleansing process, then slowly became more realistic. I averaged about 1 lb per week after that. It's terribly unimpressive during the process, but after a few months, voila, you're 15-20lbs lighter and didn't even feel like it was that much work. It's just about being vigilante and looking at the big picture, not about losing it all by swimsuit season! And remember, lots of cardio(30-60 min.) for fat burning. That was the BIGGEST key for me along with keeping my calories between 1500-1700. Anyhow, 2lbs is totally possible. Good, luck Lever!!
you're down two pounds liva. way to go. two pounds a week is good. even a pound and a half is a good loss in a week. five pounds a months is a good solid weight loss. that's 30 pounds in 6 months.
