Good Luck, everyone! Sam's doing awesome. I'm sorta stuck, but not going to give up. I've just slowed way down!!!! My motto for the week, "Eat to live, don't live to eat! Enjoy the beauty in every day and find some way to help someone else!! GET BUSY!!!!"
I did as you said and went over to the club house and weighed in buck naked. Can you and your siblings raise bail for me. One old lady expired on the spot and 3 old ladies are in the hospital with strokes. I have absolutely decimated their tai chi class.
Is this mom or dad? Hey, look at it this way, jail food stinks, so maybe you'll loose some weight while you're in the slammer!! Next time, try the naked thing at home and save yourself and the tai chi class a lot of troubles!!!
By the way, "Pancreas" is really random. Where does Weird Al get his ideas? Great song, though!! My kids love to listen to this playlist because of all the burps and farts and lyrics like butts and booty!!
yup- that was dad. i didn't weigh in because of the tai chi class. he actually got in before the class started. i had started my weigh in last wed morning anyway so decided to wait until this morning so i had a full week between weigh-ins. glad i did- don't think i would have had the two pound weight loss yesterday. dad weighs with his clothes on but weighs that way every time so his weigh-ins will be right. nik- it looks like you're back on track big time! i love this sight, liv. it's a great motivator for me. i can't stand the thought that sammy might beat me! tip of the day from me- don't skip your daily aerobic work out no matter what.
also tipped my bike over and twisted my ankle last week so have had a few days when i couldn't bike or run. did get in the pool one day, but that even hurt. anyway, foot is much better- not 100%, but i ran yesterday and today and felt pretty good. the great thing is my hamstring is finally back. i don't get the tightness i was getting. that took almost a full year to get back to normal. my wind is not great. lori and i think it's the elevation. we're higher here than montana. also, the weight surely has some to do with it. anyway, good luck everyone.
go squirt!!!!!!!!!!!!! great percentage aaron! i love you sammy! i almost had to take back my comment on my hamstring. i was out with marianna one day and she walked in front of me and i tripped on her and the sidewalk started coming at me like the desert did when i hurt my hamstring. i caught myself before i fell but still tore the same hamstring- not that badly thank goodness, but my body reminded me that maybe that hamstring isn't totally back. and the foot still hurts some but i'm running everyday and lifting about 3 days a week. my bike is in the shop and should be done tomorrow. it was running really badly. daddy says it'll be like having a new bike. sure hope so. anyway, stay motivated everyone. katie hung with us yesterday and wanted brownies so i sent dad to the store for a box of sugar free brownies. he couldn't find one so came home with TWO regular brownie mixes. i made one for katie and i actually was pretty good. only ate a couple and froze the rest. lor- you need to get your kids on here and get them motivated so they don't mess up the rest of us. tip for the day- get to bed early saturday night so you can get up for church on sunday morning well rested.
jen has decided sparkpeople isn't as good as weight watchers. she gained a couple of pounds using their method. she's back using weight watcher's points (instead of calories). and i don't like that i have a kazillion e-mails from them every time i go to my g-mail.
i'm trying. katie thinks i'm constantly either hurt or sick. i think she's right. since we've been coming down here that seems to be the case. although, some of my crap happens in montana- like the elbow thing. i've had a wrap on my ankle today. it's really close to feeling normal. we picked up my bike today. it runs beautifully. was way to windy today to ride but tomorrow i'm heading out. wish me luck. we have some trails on the way to town but one stretch where we have to fight with the traffic. kinda scarey. we do wear our helmets religiously. stupid that the one injury so far happened on the trail while i was stopped. anyway, weigh-in tomorrow. i think i'm gonna weigh in to get on the same day as everyone else even though i've been weighing on wednesdays. except i had the rest of the brownies tonight. not gonna make the other box until i've lost several more pounds. biggest loser tomorrow night! good luck everyone!

Lever, Wiley really liked, "Oops, I farted again!" Good job on the song choices!!!
Andrew liked that one too, Nik. I posted a goose egg this morning. I'll probably re-weigh on Thursday or Friday when my monthly visitor leaves.
Yeah, Dad!!!
